I took the CR500 Street Racer Project out of the back bedroom today and started to put it back together. Some of the parts are scattered about or have been re-purposed on other machines. The front brakes, for example, have been used on my SV650's GSXR front end conversion. I picked up another set of calipers over the past few months, but they need a master cylinder which I'll pick up sometime soon. Not sure what kind of bike the radiator I wanted to use is from, the bin said CBR929, but this part won't fit how I'd like it because the CR500 exhaust just gets in the way of the mounting points. It looks like we're just going to use a standard CR250 radiator instead. You can now be a fan of Skeeter the Duck on her very own Facebook Fan Page!
